Our international team of very highly skilled trainers and consultants consist of substantially experienced artificers in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The team is made up of counsellors, psychologists, educators, managers, mediators and Neuro Linguistic Programmers. The breadth and depth of our experience allow us to offer a culturally sensitive service, while we synergistically bring our training to life with real yet anonymously expressed examples, gained from our work as practitioners in 'the trenches'.
