WHAT IS MEDIATION?

Mediation is a voluntary process of facilitated negotiation, in which a skilled, impartial mediator guides disputing parties through a discussion, helping them to find a mutually acceptable solution to their problem.

The mediator neither decides who is right or wrong, nor compels an agreement, nor imposes a settlement
